John J. Workman
John does front-end development at PhotoShelter and loves shooting with prime lenses. Before PhotoShelter, John worked at Teach For America and studied at Duke, where he earned an A.B. in art history with highest distinction. He also spent time at Recurse Center, a Bauhaus for coders, where students learn from one another by building open-source projects. In his spare time, John likes traveling, playing tennis, and keeping up with contemporary architecture. He hails from the cornfields of Ohio and is adamant that "pop" is a valid term for soda.
