The bodies of two Palestinian children lie at Gaza City in al-Shifa hospital mortuary. Israeli fire killed the four siblings and their mother in the Chujaiya neighborhood of Gaza City, medics said. At least 680 Palestinians , including more than the half are children , all have been killed since Israel launched Operation Cast Lead on December 27, 2008.
