Ken Hechler, 94 and former Representative for West Virginia, exits the stage in exuberance after he spoke to at least 350 people gathered for a rally and protest at the Marsh Fork Elementary School in Sundial, WV. Twenty-nine people were arrested in the front gates of Massey Energy owned Goals Coal company.
