The teaching tent had to be temporary as well as traditional. With the help of the Master Thangka Painter Tempa Chophel la and the Tailor Master Jayang of Norbulingka Institute, Dhruv Chandra Sud, architect of the Kalachakra,   designed a tent that had to cover approximately nine acres of land - the greatest Tibetan-style tent ever made.
