I have always loved animals. When I was little my family spent two weeks in Algonquin Provincial Park almost every year. At the time the deer in the park would eat out of your hand. Every night we would cruise the park looking for deer I could feed. At the campsite I would feed the chipmunks, squirrels, and raccoons. As an adult I would still feed them if I could but my dogs tend to scare them away.
When I graduated from college I got my first good camera and started taking adventure travel trips. Slowly over the years my trips have gravitated to wildlife photography trips. I am not sure what I enjoy more. Taking the photographs or just animal watching. When there are no animals around I don;t mind taking a picture of the beautiful scenery but the animals are my passion.
