When Dirk left Holland for sunny Barcelona he was ready for a break from his bike. The winner of many messenger races including 3 World titles, one European title and owner of his own messenger company, he wanted a change. But, sometimes change comes hard and soon he was back on his bike managing the first all-bike messenger coop in Barcelona. His life continues to revolve around his bike as the owner of and rider for imensajeros.
