It was an interesting welterweight clash that pitted fighters from both the Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito camps against each other on Friday night at the Hard Rock Casino & Hotel in Las Vegas. Soto-Karass dropped Estrada in round eight and although Estrada beat the count, the bout was waved off by referee Tony Weeks at 1:03 of the round.Unbeaten super featherweight Brandon Rios (18-0, 11 KOs) demolished former Johnny Tapia-conqueror Sandro Marcos (29-19-2, 24 KOs).
