Soto-Karass dropped Estrada in round eight and although Estrada beat the count, the bout was waved off by referee Tony Weeks at 1:03 of the round.Unbeaten super featherweight Brandon Rios (18-0, 11 KOs) demolished former Johnny Tapia-conqueror Sandro Marcos (29-19-2, 24 KOs).
