Florence

Sometimes the most familiar places are the hardest to capture on film. Florence, or Firenze, is a place I have visited many times but although its sophistication and beauty are undeniable, it was slow to reveal itself to me and it was some time before I felt I had captured images that went beyond the standard tourist's views.
