About JACoulter Marine Photography

J.A. Coulter has traveled around the world and now lives in Fort Walton Beach on Northwest Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast. He has been a photographer for nearly 40 years. His photographs of boats and the marine environment have been published in magazines, newspapers and websites.
