  • Ferruginous Hawk photographed on the coast near Mussel Rock - at Daly City, California.
  • Young panda in a tree. This photograph was taken after the panda climbed the tree from being frightened by noise. Young pandas can fall from quite a distance and be just fine - they bounce.
  • Close portrait of a male Bolivian Jaguar. This is a captive jaguar - the photograph was taken through glass with a 50mm lens.
  • Pink Flamingo takes a drink - creating a beautiful reflection of abstract lines.
  • Male Peacock creates his own backdrop. I chose monotone for this piece to highlight the forms and patterns instead of the obvious color of his plumage.
  • Male African Lion Portrait - I cropped close here against a rock background to create a deliberately sober and regal portrait. The toning is intended to match his sober and dignified expression.
