On Wednesday morning, the day after the Irish government announced severe tax hikes in an emergency budget, volunteers and workers at the Capuchin friary in Bow St. in Dublin, handed out almost 700 food parcels. The queue started forming around 8.30 am and distribution began at 9 am. The food parcels contain basic foodstuffs like bread, butter, milk, cheese, sugar and tea bags. The queue started forming around 8.30 am and distribution began at 9 am. The food parcels contain basic foodstuffs like bread, butter, milk, cheese, sugar and tea bags.
