The 6 hours begins at 4pm on the Saturday and goes through sundown into the night. Magic hour was incredible and the greatest vantage point was both the Pits and Double Gauche. The 6 hours begins at 4pm on the Saturday and goes through sundown into the night. Magic hour was incredible and the greatest vantage point was both the Pits and Double Gauche. I shot the black and whites in the night with a Noctulux lens open at F1. shooting into the blackness with only headlamps and the occassional glimpse of a cream driving suit. The wide shots are from Double Gauche. This view point was not only a brilliant place to see the perfection of the drifting drivers, but to watch the sun go down. Bliss.
