Rescue workers exercise in Tokyo

Emergency rescue members and rescue dogs conducted an exercise at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Museum on January 17, 2010, anniversary day of the 1995 Hanshin earthquake. Japan mourned 6,434 people in a huge earthquake that flattened the western city of Kobe 15 years ago.
