Jean Webster, a former casino sous chef, started feeding homeless people and others in need after seeing a man rummage through the trash to find food. Originally based out of her home, Sister Jean's Soup Kitchen now serves 300-500 people a day at the First Presbyterian Church in Atlantic City.
