Ridgeline just below Mt. McKinley, Denali National Park, Alaska

00172.jpg 18 of 131 « prev next »
The sharp snow-covered ridgeline below Mt. McKinley in Denali National Park, Alaska, at about the 11,000-foot level on the south side of the mountain. It is just amazing how sharp some of the ridgelines are. They do not leave much room for the mountain climbers on their way up to the summit of Mt. McKinley.
