A brown, hard-shelled fruit, Cupuacu (the Amazonian cocoa) has a fragrant white pulp of incomparable flavor. Very versatile, it is used to ice cream, jams, bonbons, liqueurs, creamy desserts, tarts and various other sweets. It contais at least ten antioxidants.
