Peter Gilmour and Sebastien Col during the finish on the last race of their quarter final. Gilmours spinnaker is flogging but passes the line first. The race officer saw it different and had Col winning the match. According to the empire call Gilmours spinnaker was in its "normal" position during the finish which gives him the win over Col. Gilmour beats Col 3-2. The photo was taken form the start boat. (Saturday the 6th December 2008).
