A statue of Gov. William Allen (L) is seen in Statuary Hall on Capitol Hill November 19, 2009 in Washington, DC. Currently Ohio is represented by a statue of Gov. William Allen served in the House of Represenatives and as Ohio Governor before deing in 1879. Allen who was an anti-war Democrat and critic of President Lincolin.
