About Workers' Photos
Workers' Photos is a London based collective of highly talented photographers who have a long history working in both the private and social sectors. Steve Forrest, who formally ran the Insight-Visual agency, formed Workers' Photos in 2008 with Spanish photographer Amaya Roman.
The aim of Workers' Photos is to produce striking and original images for our new and existing clients within both the social and private sectors. We are committed to providing a first rate post-production service and have the facility to enable our clients to download images direct from this archive.
Our Media clients include: The New York Times, Guardian Weekend Magazine, Stern Magazine (Germany), Time, Newsweek, Business Week, Institutional Investor (US), Le Monde (France), Le Point (France), The National (Abu Dubai) and Blick (Switzerland).
Our Social Sector and NGO clients include: Learning and Skills Council, Lifelong Learning UK (LLUK), DfID, DEFRA, The Home Office, UNICEF, UNWRA, Society Media, Hanover Housing, Hackney Community Transport, Islington Council, Southwark Council, Refugee Council, The Red Cross, Action Aid, Save the Children Fund, Oxfam, Heritage Lottery Fund and The Big Lottery.

In addition to commissioned work, we have amassed a large archive of images, covering a range of significant global events, from conflict in the Balkans, Africa and the Middle East to the Peace Process in Northern Ireland, post 9/11 America and the current economic crisis. Our archive also contains thousands of images of workers as well as portraits of leading politicians, business people, artists, musicians, writers and Hollywood stars.
