Iberico ham laid out along a measure after Nico Jimenez from Spain, breaks the world record for the longest slice of meat with an Iberico Ham from sposor, Iberselec, that he sliced to a length of 13 metres, 35 centimetres. This broke his own world record, set in 2008, by three centimetres. Hattori school of nutrition, Yoyogi, Tokyo, Japan. September 23rd 2010
