neighborhoods of the West of the capital, of the strong bastion Chavism and where support groups to Chavez are fairly organized and articulated with the Government. These groups are encaragaron control that everything worked well at the polls and that in the neighborhoods there were no problems or clashes between Government and opposition or between persons of the same Government. They are different spaces social, cultural activists and politicians and some are linked to armed groups for the defence of the revolution. Everything happened peacefully and there was no moment of tension or activity beyond normal.
