Their son, Second Lt. Jeff Graham was killed by a roadside bomb in Iraq just months after their other son, ROTC Cadet Kevin Graham, committed suicide in his apartment. Since Kevin's suicide, the Grahams have been outspoken advocates for suicide prevention.
