David Senko, a former construction manager at BP's Texas City refinery, at his home in Houston, Texas.  Eleven of the fifteen people killed in the blast on March 23, 2005, were working for Mr. Senko. Mr. Senko crusades for stronger safety measures for workers, and feels that BP has not been held accountable for the 2005 catastrophe.
