Buffalo, New York, April 12, 2010 - Tea Party Express Communications Director Levi Russell shows a Fox News segment that stated the Tea Party Express ad campaign against Bart Stupak caused him to retire. Russell said that the Tea Party Express spent over $250, 000 in advertising in recent weeks throughout Michigan to defeat Stupak this fall. He announced he would not be running though, while the TPX was touring his state.
