This fireman was a first responder to the bomb scene at the finish line. He said that he had done a couple of medic tours in Iraq and had never scene so much carnage before. He said that there was blood and body parts everywhere. He put a tourniquet on a man who had lost his leg from the knee down and was visible shaken up.
