Tecate, Baja California, MX, Oct. 14, 2007 - Octavio Ramon, 12, lower left, cries along with his grandmother, Beatrice, and cousin Hector, at the coffin of his grandfather, Raul, who was killed by drug dealers on his way home from work. The U.S. Border Patrol says that Tijuana is the largest entry point for drug smuggling into the U.S. As they have struggled to get this under control, the smugglers are looking for new entry points, such as in Tecate and beyond.
