MAY 4, 2011- Police officers man a check point at the border of the exclusion zone in Minami Soma, Fukushima, Japan. The officers all from Tohoku have been on duty for a month and will return home today. A 9.0 Earthquake and Tsunami damaged the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear power causing a nuclear accident that was upgraded to a level 7 nuclear accident.
