Connie Paeglow, MSW, discusses the Five Wishes document with residents and their families at the Allied Jewish Apartments in Denver, Colo.  The Five Wishes program is designed to facilitate end-of-life decisions for  people facing issues related to death and dying.  Paeglow became engaged with the program following the death of her late husband in 2003.  She credits the program with helping her through the process of discussing difficult issues with her husband and his family.
