Nico Jimenez from Spain teaches students from the hattori cooking school to slice Iberico ham before he, breaks the world record for the longest slice of meat with an Iberico Ham from sposor, Iberselec, that he sliced to a length of 13 metres, 35 centimetres. This broke his own world record, set in 2008, by three centimetres. Hattori school of nutrition, Yoyogi, Tokyo, Japan. September 23rd 2010
