5/23/04 Hallam Neb, From left Curtis Schwaninger, Karl Hartman, and Joetta Schwaninger, rest while cleaning the mess from a tornado. The Schwaninger's house was destroyed while they were at a graduation in Lincoln Neb. Their house is about 1/2 mile east of Hallam, Neb. Hartman is a family friend of the Schwaningers, and along with his wife, Phyllis came over to help clean up. The Schwaningers have had the house about nine years.
