USA Company Town
PALCO Painter Brad Jones installs new blinds in a Scotia, CA home on Wednesday, June 28, 2006. Every home in Scotia is thoroughly cleaned, repaired, and painted by a team of painters, carpenters, and plumbers before a new tenant moves in. The town of Scotia in Northern California is a company town owned by the Pacific Lumber Company (PALCO), but that will change as the company will begin to sell the town.
