Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed celebrates the grand re-opening of City of Atlanta Recreaction Centers at Central Park Recreation Center in downtown Atlanta. Six of the City of Atlanta's closed recreations centers are opening their doors in time for the academic year - the first step in fulfilling Mayor Reed's campaign pledge to re-open all of the recreation centers by the end of the year.
