Phoenix, Arizona, March 27, 2010 - Tea Party Supporters hold signs, banners and flags during the third rally of the 20-day Tea Party Express tour on the steps of the Arizona capital. The tour which began in Searchlight, NV, hometown of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, will wind through the United States ending up in Washington, D.C. on April 15 for a tax day rally. .
