David Senko, a former construction manager at BP's Texas City refinery, visits the grave of Art Ramos in Pearland, Texas. Mr. Ramos worked for Mr. Senko along with ten others that were killed in the March 23, 2005 explosion. Fifteen people were killed that day. Mr. Senko crusades for stronger safety measures for workers, and feels that BP has not been held accountable for the 2005 catastrophe.
