4/12/2002--Rangoon, Burma..Rock fans give the photographer the 'finger' as they go to an Emperor concert at Rangoon's Pioneer Club...The annual outdoor free concerts are held every April duirng Burma's traditional New Year celebrations. Normally gatherings of young men woiuld be broken up by Burma's ruling junta but the concerts are the one time of year such large gatherings are allowed. Local authorities are nervous that such concerts may turn political or violent and watch the shows...
