Mausoleum Dedication
Bishop Begin's nephew (foreground) and five other priests carry the casket from the mausoleum in Hayward. On All Souls Day the body of Bishop Floyd Begin, the first Bishop of the Diocese of Oakland, was moved from the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hayward to the Cathedral of Christ the Light where Bishop John Cummins and Bishop Allen Vigneron dedicated the new mausoleum in Oakland, California on November 2, 2008.
