(Photo notes... With 400mm from favorite position during last days of WC. Gala started and they had no spotlight man holding a beam on Irina! Instead were some ummmmm, disco lights revolving for like a stadium rock & roll show. By then I was just so tired and whatever, just do anything, get some kind of an image. I went up to ASA 1600 @ 250th/f2.8 and prayed something nice would happen. Come what may...)
