A 15 year old girl wait for her anti-tetanos vaccin in Miandrivazo, Madagascar, on Tuesday, July 4, 2006...UNICEF finances 90% of the 360 000 $ US budget campaign to eradicate neo-natal transmited tetanos wich is still a public health problem in 19 districts of the island and kills many women and child...The campaign targets 15 000 women from 15 to 49 years old in the only district of Miandrivazo. Health agents have to walk for hours to reach village out of range from any vehicules due to lack of road.
