There is not much here to develop the skills of a child pedagogically, because of the lack of funding and development towards these impoverished areas. Many of the children in the townships will not go to school on time for their age. Education plays an important role for stopping the cycle of poverty and AIDS, and to help a country to develop in every strata of society. **ITALY OUT**
