24 April 2009, Mexico City, Mexico--- Patients wait to be treated in the emergancy room of the Iztapalapa General Hospital. Some are waiting to be tested for the deadly swine Flu. Some employees in the hospital, which is located in one of the poorest neighborhoods in Mexico City, are angry that the government did nothing to stop the illness earlier even though young people have been dying of a mysterious illness for two weeks.   --- Image by © Trevor Snapp
