New York NY - 16 August 2008 - New Yorkers cycled, jogged, skated, strolled and even hula hooped on the second Saturday of Summer Streets. The Car-Free event opened up almost 7 miles of car-free streets along Centre Street, Lafayette Street, Fourth Avenue and Park Avenue, from the Brooklyn Bridge to 72nd Street and Central Park...New Yorkers, in all sizes, round the turn on the Grand Central Viaduct.
