Deadly Swine Flu outbreak in Mexico City(52 images)
A deadly Swine Flu has hit Mexico city. This weekend the World Health Organization is convening an expert panel to determine whether to raise its pandemic flu alert level. We're at level 3. If the panel finds evidence of "increased human-to-human transmission" it goes to level 4. If there's evidence of "significant human-to-human transmission," it goes to level 5.

  • 25 April 2009, Mexico City, Mexico--- Cars line up to recieve surgical masks from an army officer. The Mexican government has distributed thousands of masks in a bid to slow down the transmission of a deadly strain of Swine Flu that has alread killed 68 people and made 1008 sick.   • 26 April 2009,  Mexico City, Mexico---  A residents of Mexico City takes off his surgical masks which is supposed to protect the population from a deadly strain of Swine Flu that has alread killed 80 people and made over 1000 sick. The Swine Flu which has also been found elsewhere in Mexico and the USA is extremely worrying to the WHO, and CDC who belive that it could cause a Flu Pandemic. Oscar Perez  died yesterday after 8 days in the "La Raza" national medical center. The family was told on Friday that Oscar had a new illness with no treatment. The next morning he died of pneumonia caused by swine Flu. Like all victims of the swine fllu the family was forced to burn the body.
