Court approves use of eminent domain(12 images)
In a set-back for the group Develop Don't Destroy Brooklyn the court has approved the use of eminent domain to condemn land for the development of the Atlantic Yards project in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. DDDB has several other lawsuits in the pipeline.
