  • Civil rights march on its way across the Craigavon Bridge, Londonderry, N Ireland, UK, on 2 November 1968. It followed the intended route of the banned and halted march of 5 October 1968 which ended in serious violence. Although it also was an illegal march because of the 20,000+ particants the police were helpless to stop it.
