This is an exploration of a city that is struggling to survive existentially and financially off its past and the endless layers of touristic versus real amidst the veritable human theater unfolding along the Nile. It seeks Cairo's quiet moments between the endless transit of 16 million inhabitants compounded by 10 million tourists and the Egyptian sense of humor that pervades the whole.
