Using the Address Book

The Address Book allows you to manage your gallery invitations easily, and provides privacy of your contacts from other members.

Adding People to the Address Book

There are two ways to add names to the Address Book:
  • Create an Invite: each time you invite someone to a gallery, that person is automatically added to your Address Book.
  • Add to the Address Book Explicitly: Click "My Account -> Address Book" to view your current entries. Enter an E-mail address to add a user to your book. If they are already in the PhotoShelter database, we will fill in the information they have entered for their account. Otherwise, you will be prompted to add their name.

How do I change the name and company of entries in my Address Book?

You cannot. The name and company are automatically referenced from the user's PhotoShelter account. It is information that they maintain. This way, the information is up to date.

If I delete a name, does it delete any corresponding invites?

No. The Address Book is a standalone feature for your convenience.
