Overview

Instead of individually pricing each image, PhotoShelter supports the notion of pricing profiles, which can be applied to multiple images. When you need to change a price or licensing parameter, you can update all the images by simply updating the profile.

You can have an unlimited number of pricing profiles, but you need to set up different profiles for each license type as indicated below.

• Prints/Products - Auto-fulfilled through 3rd party print vendors
• Packages
• Prints/Products - Self-fulfilled
• Rights-Managed with fotoQuote®
• Royalty-Free
• Personal Use

Applying a Pricing Profile

Once you have set up at least one Pricing Profile, you may apply it the images you wish to sell. Pricing can be done through "Archive" or "Galleries" section. Here are the easy steps to price images.

1. Click the " Archive" tab
2. Click the folder containing the image(s) you'd like to price
3. Select the images you want to make available for sale
4. Click "Price" button



Choose the pricing profile you would like to apply (Royalty-Free and Rights-Managed are mutuallly exclusive).



Priced images are now marked with a symbol
