Unlimited pricing profiles

Pricing with PhotoShelter is easy and flexible. Create as many different pricing profiles as you want and apply these to single images or across whole galleries. The pricing profile dictates the price of any single image. Anytime you update the central profile, it immediately updates all associated images.

That's why we've partnered with Cradoc fotoSoftware to bring you fotoQuote - the market leading pricing calculator integrated directly into your PhotoShelter shopping cart. Choose our default pricing, or use fotoQuote to create your own!

Use coupons to drive sales

Create a coupon to market to your customers by offering a percentage or dollar discount on your products. Limit by date and usage. Track who is using your coupons. Making sales is easy!

Reports & stats

The 'Stats & Analytics' section of your e-commerce dashboard allows you to see critical information - including what images are sitting in client shopping carts and the amount of pending sales across all of your images. We also support Google Analytics to help you narrow in on specific site navigation and conversion data as you continue to optimize your site for sales.

No waiting for the money

Unlike other services, when you use PhotoShelter, you're the "merchant of record" and the funds are transferred directly to you at the point of sale - no waiting for checks from us and no minimum payout balances. We take 10%, you keep the rest. No hidden fees, no strings attached. Your clients can set up an account with you to make subsequent purchases easier, or just bypass the account creation for one-time purchases. Use the following to collect money online:

• PayPal - you set up a free PayPal account and your buyers use a credit card to pay you directly into this account. This is compatible with international currencies.
• Merchant Account - you set up a Netbilling gateway account to process credit card payments and receive funds directly into your bank account. We recommend this for high volume sellers.

Sell in 16 currencies

If you're selling downloads or self-fulfilling prints and products, you can easily sell in any one of 16 currencies. So, your customers will feel right at home using their own currency.

Keep the tax man happy

Our tax chart allows you to set tax by US/Canadian state and country. You can even indicate VAT and set a special notice on your invoices to conform to local requirements.
