PhotoShelter Ecommerce Terms of Use

  • I have read and understood: (a) the PhotoShelter Terms and Conditions (a copy of which can be found at http://www.photoshelter.com/terms) which contain among other things a description of periodic fees charged by PhotoShelter for the use of its services and products ad (b) the PhotoShelter Transactional Fees (a current copy of which can be found at http://www.photoshelter.com/fees) (collectively, the 'Policies').
  • The Policies (including the prices set forth therein) are subject to change at the sole discretion of PhotoShelter, Inc. You will be notified of any changes electronically.
  • I authorize PhotoShelter, Inc. and its affiliates to charge my Credit Card for all expenses and charges that I incur pursuant to the Policies and in connection with the use and/or operation of my account with PhotoShelter (as identified and/or associated with the PhotoShelter Login set forth above and any successor Login). Such authorization granted herein to PhotoShelter, Inc. shall remain effective until such time that: (a) I notify PhotoShelter of my revocation of such authorization by sending a facsimile to 212-206-0554, (b) I receive written confirmation of receipt of such revocation from PhotoShelter and (c) I have satisfied my outstanding balance owed to PhotoShelter, Inc. as of the date of such revocation.
  • I will immediately provide PhotoShelter, Inc. with a new valid credit card in the event my Credit Card becomes invalid which replacement card shall be charged for the payment of any outstanding balances owed to PhotoShelter, Inc. and/or its affiliates.
  • I will not request my Credit Card company or bank to reverse the charge to my Credit Card account for any reason other than it was not processed in a manner consistent with the Policies and that I will pay the amount charged according to my Credit Card issuer agreement.
  • I acknowledge that I am using a 3rd party payment processor, and that PhotoShelter has no liability for errors and/or omissions arising from the use of that service. PhotoShelter is not liable for providing support on issues arising from the use of the 3rd party processor.
  • I acknowledge that I am responsible for reporting sales tax in compliance with local laws. I understand that PhotoShelter will not report sales tax on my behalf.
