Bio
It was in 1964 that I started out in photography. I was fourteen and I took a course at YMCA in which I learned to operate the camera. I also learned the classic composition rules, and a long time passed since I could finally stop thinking in terms of them. In 1967 I documented a 30,000 km hitchhiking journey around South America in a few slides. I opened my first black-and-white laboratory in 1971, and I keep on using the same equipment even for the biggest enlargements. For years, I continued taking black-and-white and color photos: people, Buenos Aires and a few trips. Meanwhile, I graduated with a degree in Electronic Engineering and worked in the industry for many years.
I started showing my work as a photographer in 2000: at the School of Arts at the Universidad del Salvador Theater, and many other places.
Nowadays, I photograph theater people and I am determined to find my images wherever I go.
